Step 1: Apply For A Mortgage

Whether you’re refinancing, transferring, or renewing your first step is to apply. To make it easy as possible, we have a simple online form for you to fill out. If you get stuck, send what you can, and I’ll get in touch with you to help you finish it off.

Step 2: Get Pre-Qualified

Once your application and credit consent has been received, we’ll create a custom financing plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Once everything is submitted for pre-approval, I’ll call you to let you know you’re ready to start making offers, if you’re in the buying process. If you’re renewing or refinancing, we’ll start shopping around to get the best mortgage for you. Together,

Step 3: Submit Your Mortgage for Approval

Now, you can relax while I take it from here. With a firm understanding of your situation and your pre-approval in hand I’ll search through all your options to find a mortgage that will work best for you.

That means finding the bank/lender, product and interest rate that will help you meet your goals, whether that’s finding a new home for your growing family, or purchasing your first investment property.

Step 4: Your Mortgage Is Conditionally Approved!

Once I’ve found a product that meets your needs, I’ll finalize the best custom approval for you. Then, all you have to do is sign your approval and you’re almost finished.

Step 5: Financing Conditions Now Complete

Congratulations, you're officially approved. All that’s left is meeting with your lawyer or title company to register your new mortgage to your home’s title.
